Alumni in Action in times of crisis with alumni Rania Soubra & Karim Kattouf
We’re proud to feature alumni Rania Ibrahim Soubra (EMBA class of 2011) @soubrarania) and Karim Kattouf @kkattouf (MBA class of 2011) who have stepped up to help displaced families in Beirut. As ambassadors for Ahla Fawda (@ahlafawda), they are tirelessly volunteering at the center in Hamra to provide food, clean water, medical supplies, clothing, and shelter to displaced families in need.
“I am very proud of our effort feeding over 1000 families per day. This is impossible without the continuous support of many LAU students, who are volunteering at our center while also studying for their midterms!”.
Rania and Karim’s efforts show that when the community unites, we positively impact people’s lives!
