Toufic Kreidieh is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who is widely recognized for his role as the founding partner and CEO of the Brands for Less (BFL) Group. BFL is an international off-price retail business that was established in 1996, with its first store located in Lebanon. Under Kreidieh’s leadership, BFL has experienced significant growth and success.
Toufic Kreidieh obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Business Management in 1993 from the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon. Armed with his education and entrepreneurial spirit, he embarked on a journey that would establish him as a prominent figure in the retail industry.
In 2000, Kreidieh spearheaded the expansion of BFL by opening its first store and business headquarters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This move marked the beginning of BFL’s global presence and laid the foundation for the company’s future growth.
Kreidieh has been instrumental in diversifying the BFL Group’s portfolio beyond the original Brands for Less platform. Through strategic acquisitions and the creation of new concepts, he has expanded the company’s reach and offerings. Some notable ventures include Toys For Less, Homes For Less, Tchibo, and MUMUSO, all of which have contributed to the overall success and growth of the BFL Group.
As of now, the BFL Group has established a significant retail presence both online and offline. It operates over fifty outlets across various countries, including the UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon, Kuwait, Malta, Spain, and Saudi Arabia. The company’s commitment to offering quality products at competitive prices has resonated with customers, contributing to its continued expansion and success.
