Mr. Remy Ejel
Mr. Remy Ejel has been appointed as chairman and CEO of Global food conglomerate Nestlé for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in September 2020.
Having joined Nestlé in Saudi Arabia in 1998, Mr. Ejel has held various positions in different markets.
Most recently, he was serving as the chairman and CEO of the central west Africa region, which covers 25 countries, prior to which he worked as the chairman and CEO for the southern Africa region and before that he was the country Manager of Saudi Arabia.
Nestlé MENA currently operates 25 factories across the region, and achieved annual sales of close to $3bn in 2019. It employs more than 15,000 people in 19 countries across the region.
Mr. Ejel was ranked in 2021 by Forbes Middle East #2 among the Top 50 Regional Executives Heading International Companies.
