Dr. François Nader Talk

The LAU Alumni Chapter in London were proud to host an inspiring speaker Dr. Francois Nader on June 20 at the Embassy of Lebanon. The Ambassador of Lebanon to the United Kingdom, His Excellency Ambassador Rami Mortada, and the President of LAU, Dr. Michel Mawad, introduced Dr. Nader and his many achievements. Dr. Nader is a life sciences value builder, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He serves as chairman of BenevolentAI, Talaris Therapeutics and Neurvati Neurosciences, as board of director of Modena and RING Therapeutics and as senior advisor of Blackstone Life Sciences among many others. Dr. Nader shared his experience serving on the Covid Vaccine Development committee and how it changed many lives, how is AI pushing the frontiers of medicine and what are the lessons learned as an immigrant who made it to the global biopharma stage. The talk was followed by a Q&A hosted by Dr. Shereen Nabhani and closed by Mr. Philip Stoltzfus, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of LAU.
