Bahrain Chapter Social Distancing Party

LAU’s alumni chapter in Bahrain challenged Covid-19 and held its 2020 annual dinner on November 19 on the GCC Terrace of Gulf Hotel. This year’s dinner was entitled Social Distancing Party and was attended by over 80 alumni and friends who longed to see each other after several months of lockdown. The highlight of the event was a special video by LAU’s new president Dr. Michel Mawad addressing the Bahraini alumni and updating them on LAU’s latest news and challenges. The President of the chapter, Rushdi Kikhia, in turn thanked the guests and sponsors for their ongoing support and promised to keep LAU’s Bahraini alumni community connected.
